Summary: Andy opens by remarking on the lack of seagull noise near his recording spot, then describes what he sees as the worst business strategy: always waiting for the next big thing. He says people who chase a new idea or app each week make no progress over the years, and that slow and steady work in a consistent direction beats gambling on a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
