Summary: Andy responds to people who tell him that perception is projection, meaning that what you see in others is what you possess yourself. He explains why he finds the idea unconvincing, giving everyday examples, and says he believes the original idea was about looking within oneself. He adds that the phrase can be used to shut down disagreement, for example by suggesting someone has limiting beliefs about money.
