Summary: This video is less about marketing and more about work ethic and reliability in independent coaching and therapy work. Andy says coaching culture often suggests that if something feels like hard work you are doing it wrong. He is sceptical of coaches training other coaches on the promise of high-earning clients. He urges practitioners to improve their work ethic and reliability and to be prepared to work harder than they expect.
