Summary: Andy argues that coaches and therapists should demonstrate expertise rather than claim it through lists of courses and certificates. He recommends becoming genuinely knowledgeable about the conditions and problems people face, and giving training a context and an application. He acknowledges this takes real effort, which is why many practitioners avoid it.
