Summary: Andy takes a trip down memory lane to his student days, when he took a part-time job in a nursing home. He recalls how nursing homes were fewer and funded differently then, and tells an anecdote about an unusual resident whose behaviour with other residents raised difficult questions for the staff about what to do. He says he may cover related topics in future videos.
