Summary: Andy draws on his past experience working in a hospital accident and emergency department to describe how the public behaved in waiting rooms and why many attended when they did not need emergency care. He says the public does not see what staff deal with behind the scenes, including Covid patients, and objects to people confronting clinicians and protesting outside vaccination centres, schools and hospitals.
