Summary: Andy says that if he had to start his practice again, he would go to teaching hospitals. These often run short staff sessions several times a day, and he would offer to give such talks. His reasoning is that staff have families and friends, so reaching many people in one building spreads familiarity with his name and skills. He also mentions a corporate staff wellbeing budget as an example.
