Summary: Andy reviews the phobia chapter and confesses that parts of it are not accurate, although he believed them at the time of writing. He separates a phobia from simply disliking something, explains why curing a phobia can feel like having to face the feared thing itself, using an injection example, and notes that fear responses are coded very quickly.
