Summary: Andy talks about a mindset he recommends for coaches, therapists and practitioners rather than marketing. He says society does not give short-course qualifications the importance some trainers imply, and that people on brief courses can overestimate how far they can change the world compared with those with years of experience. He recommends dropping the self-importance.
