Summary: Andy comments on the Self-Esteem chapter of his book The Rainbow Machine. He suggests that what is often labelled low self-esteem may be better understood as self-hate, and that reassuring someone they are fine does not stop the hate. He asks viewers to share further examples of this kind of phenomenon.
