Summary: Andy reviews the learning chapter, which is about how teaching can accidentally give people the wrong lesson. Using the left brain and right brain metaphor, he describes submodalities as the analogical relationship we have with content, and shows how the setting and manner of teaching, including a military example, shape that relationship.
