Summary: Third in Andy’s marketing for coaches series, on knowing your customer. He explains that he no longer gets clients for issues such as nerves, nail biting or smoking because he does not market himself as a hypnotherapist, and that people now come to him specifically as Andrew T. Austin. He asks whether customers come for you or for your brand.
