Summary: Andy, now opening with a short jingle, talks about NLP modelling. He says the word is often used as a catch-all for learning anything, and argues that many modellers simply tweak an existing technique rather than produce something new. He asks whether modelling has produced anything comparable to results in other fields, and invites viewers to explain the difference between modelling and strategy elicitation.
