Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by Andrew T. Austin and The Fresh Brain Company Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Andrew T. Austin and The Fresh Brain Company Ltd provide training, consulting, and therapeutic services, including online and in-person events. We are a UK-based organisation with a small, specialist team and work primarily within the UK and online globally.

We work with a limited range of suppliers, primarily for digital services, technology, printing, event hosting, and payment processing. While we consider our exposure to modern slavery risk to be low due to the nature and scale of our operations, we remain vigilant and proactive in our approach to supply chain transparency.

We carry out due diligence when engaging with third-party suppliers and collaborators to ensure their values align with ours. This includes:

  • Assessing the ethical policies of partners and vendors
  • Favouring UK-based and internationally regulated providers
  • Reviewing supplier transparency statements (where applicable)

We regularly assess the potential risks related to modern slavery within our business and operations. Though the risk is low, we are committed to maintaining processes that would allow swift action if concerns were identified.

While we are a small business, we ensure that all individuals working with or on behalf of The Fresh Brain Company Ltd are aware of the signs of modern slavery and understand how to report concerns. We support a culture of openness, ethical responsibility, and accountability.
