Male sexual problems are often endured for years before the affected person seeks clinical help.

It is estimated that up to 26% of males are affected with premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation can occur before penetration has taken place (sometimes before clothes are fully removed), immediately upon penetration, or rapidly after penetration. The number of strokes that define prematurity is currently unclassified.

Conventional "man wisdom" is that anything under 2 minutes of thrusting is a "poor show".

With premature ejaculation, sexual contact may be avoided or may bring about great anxiety, especially with a potentially new partner.

Whilst the partner may be understanding and sympathetic (or not, as the case may be) unfortunately the affected man's sexual confidence can shatter quickly.

Now, there is no doubt about it - seeking help for premature ejaculation is embarrassing. The good news is that even the worst cases can be resolved quite easily.

Impotence is another common problem, especially in older men where age related and medical factors more commonly play a part. All clients reporting impotence will be expected to have already seen a GP to rule out medical disorders prior to consultation.
