Developed by Connirae and Tamara Andreas, The Core Transformation process meets the deepest strivings of our times: to heal ourselves and develop as human beings – emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The Core Transformation process utilises a 10 step process, offering a graceful way to change unwanted thoughts, feelings, and habits, and achieve goals you thought unattainable.
Specific changes attributed to the Core Transformation process include:
- Changing problem states and behaviors (i.e. anger, self-consciousness, procrastination, fear)
- Raising confidence
- Losing weight and maintaining personal change
- Improving relationships and enhancing emotional states
- Overcoming depression and anxiety
- Finding fulfilling work and inner calm
- Improving physical and mental health
- Creating an overall sense of inner peace and wholeness
These two day experiential workshops take the participants through the different aspects of the core transformation process, to bring about both personal change and understanding in the delivery of the CT process.
Taught in Andrew's own style of mixed humour, outrageous tales, fun and provocation, you can be sure that there won't be a tree hugging moment in sight in this unique training.
